Our API uses the REST methodology. Using our REST API, you can access several features in Carma Marketing Hub, including the ability to update your recipients. This solution is suitable for cases when you want Carma to be updated in real time.

Examples of data you can store

Recipient data

You can store recipient data which is property data connected to a certain recipient, that can be extended to any number of properties. All properties on a recipient can be used for segmentation of recipients or to be presented directly in an individualized email.

Purchase history

You can use purchase history data to see what your customers have bought and individualize your communications with this information on a recipient level. We provide an FTP account and set up an import in Carma Marketing Hub to get you up and running.
